Health & Wellbeing Taster Session

As part of the North Northamptonshire Health and Wellbeing Festival, Restore are running a 
a taster session on Saturday 10 September giving a brief introduction to the benefits of yoga, nutrition and breathing techniques for improving mental health and reducing anxiety.

This session will include 

 - a short yoga session concentrating on slow gentle movements, breathing and mindfulness,

 - a handout covering simple dietary changes that can benefit mental health and some healthy snacks and drinks,

 - a short talk on breathing techniques that you can be used in everyday life to reduce anxiety and increase feelings of calm and positivity.

No special clothing or equipment is required just come along in some loose fitting clothes and we will provide the rest.


Yoga Supper Club

Join Charlotte @Barefoot Yoga and Fi @RESTORE for an evening of yoga, food and great company!

We will lead you through a dynamic yoga flow followed by a restful yoga Nidra.


A delicious supper then awaits us at Brew Babu with time for a drink and a catch up.
