Welcome to our online classes!
We will be adding content on a weekly basis to help you enjoy what you love from home. Scroll down to our ONLINE STUDIO to explore our pre-recorded sessions - these can be done at anytime and repeated as often as you wish!
If you feel able to, please consider supporting your teachers by providing a small donation per new class watched - this will go directly to the teachers providing the content.
We want to keep the practice safe and enjoyable for everyone - new clients or those with injuries/health concerns, please get in touch so we can offer advice and modifications where necessary.

We are also running a series of LIVE CLASSES via Zoom - this provides a wonderful space to connect and share a practice with your teacher and fellow students.
Booking and payment is via Mindbody - for current students please log in as usual, new clients you will need to create a profile. Each session will be offered at a drop-in price of £5. Once you have booked, you will receive details of how to access the session one hour before the start time. Please download Zoom in advance of the session - it is free and easy to use.
